时间和温度对凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间、纤维蛋白原检测结果的影响分析 被引量:15

摘要 目的 :探讨血标本的凝血酶原时间 (PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间 (APTT)、凝血酶时间 (TT)、纤维蛋白原 (FIB)检测在不同温度和放置不同时间后的结果差异以明确最佳的检测条件。方法 :采用ACL_90 0 0全自动血凝仪及PT_FIB、APTT、TT试剂。结果 :室温 (2 0℃ )时 ,APTT在第 3h与第 1h的结果有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ,余各项目无统计学意义。 - 4℃时 ,APTT在第 5天与第 1天的结果有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :血浆PT ,APTT ,TT ,FIB的测定应在室温下 2h内完成 ,未及时完成测定的应冷藏 ,并尽可能在 Objective:To study the difference of prothrombin time(PT)、activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)、thrombin time(TT)and fibrinogen(FIB)when blood samples stored at different time and temperature.Methods:A total of 30 blood samples at different storage time and temperature were measured by BECKMAN ACL-9000 system.Results:After blood samples were collected,APTT was longer at the third 3rd(P<0.05),compared with the 1st hour at 20℃, the others were no significant difference.At-4℃,There was obvious difference in APTT at the 1st day and the 5th day(P<0.05).Conclusion:At room temperature,PT,APTT,TT and FIB should be measured in 2 hours after the blood samples collected.If the samples cant be measured on time,they must be stored at-4℃,and are measured within 5 days as possible.
