摘要
利用透射电镜研究了Cu 0 .3Cr 0 .15Zr合金 92 0℃固溶时效及固溶并经形变后时效时的析出相。结果表明 :固溶后 4 70℃时效时 ,过饱和固溶体分解为稳定的体心立方Cr相和Cu4Zr相 ;固溶并形变合金在 4 70℃时效 ,电子衍衬像有两叶花瓣状的共格畸变衬度 ,析出相为Cr相。
The precipitats during aging at 470℃ for Cu-0.3Cr-0.15Zr alloy has been investigated by means of transmission electron microscope. The results showed that after 920℃ solution and aging at 470℃, supersaturated solid solution is decomposed into the stable body cube-centered Cr phase and Cu 4Zr phase.After cold deformation of 60% and aging at 470℃,in the micrographs of the alloy,the two-lobe contrast can be seen,showing coherent precipitates.The precipitate is Cr phase.
