摘要 镉离子(Cd2+)是致癌重金属离子,生物半衰期长,雄(男)性生殖系统是Cd2+的易感部位。Cd2+可致睾丸内分泌功能下降和精子生成障碍,影响精子附睾成熟,造成生育力损害。工业污染生态环境及香烟烟雾是人体吸收Cd2+的主要来源。治疗药物以螯合剂为主,抗氧化剂和锌剂有预防功效。
