摘要
实验小鼠每天接触0.46~0.81ppm 的臭氧6小时,历时2天,其体液免疫功能和腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力皆比对照有极显著下降.当实验小鼠接触臭氧前7天和使其接触臭氧的2天内,每天灌饲一次一定量的芦笋液,上述免疫指标均恢复并高于对照组.本文就其可能的机理进行了分析.
The experimental mice were fumigated for 6 hrs each day with 0.46—0.81ppm of ozone for two days.The immune function of humoral immu-nity and phagocytic power of peritoneal macrophage remarkably decrea-sed in fumigated mice in comparison with controls.However,after beingfed with a certa(?)n amount of extract of Asparagus officinalis for 7 daysbefore and for 2 days during fumigation,the immune indexes in test mi-ce were actually higher than those in controls.
