摘要
目的 :建立平乐府康合剂的质量标准。方法 :采用薄层色谱法鉴别了当归、赤芍、大黄、补骨脂。结果 :薄层色谱(TLC)斑点圆整清晰 ,空白对照无干扰。结论 :方法简便 ,可用于本品质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standards for Pinglefukang mixture.Method: Radix Angelicae sinensis; Radix paeoniae Rubra;Radix et Rhizoma Rhei;Fructus Psoraleae was identified by TLC.Result: The TLC spots were quite clear and the blank test showed no interference.Conclusion: The method is simple, and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
