摘要
以环己烷为带水剂 ,采用微波辐射技术 ,在对甲苯磺酸的催化下 ,快速合成了丁酸异戊酯。探讨了原料配比、反应时间、催化剂用量、微波功率等参数对酯化率的影响。在适宜工艺条件下 ,酯化率可达99%以上。
By using the technique of microwave radiation,under the catalysising of p -toluenesulfonic acid,cyclohexane as water entrainer,isoamyl butyrate can be synthesized fastly.Researches the influence of different parameters such as,the proportion of raw materials,the time of reaction,the dose of catalyst,the power of micarwave on the rate of esterification.Under the suitable technological conditions,the rate of esterification was over 99%.
