摘要
本文研究了在盐酸溶液中使用二氧化锰作氧化剂氧化浸出ZnS矿过程的动力学,详细考察了温度、搅拌速度、精矿粒度、HCl浓度、FeCl_3浓度和MnO_2量等因素对锌浸出速率的影响。结果指出:浸出过程反应活化能为54.76kJ/mol;HCl和FeCl_3在一定的浓度范围内对锌浸出速率均有影响。浸出过程符合内扩散控制模型,其中反应物H^+(或含H^+复合离子)和反应产物Fe^(2+),Zn^(2+)等通过产物硫膜层的传输为整个过程的控制步骤。
This paper deals with the kinetics of oxidative dissolution of sphalerite bymanganese dioxide in aqueous hydrochloric acid solutions.The influence of suchfactors as emperature,stirring speeds,particle size of sphalerite,HCl concen-tration,FeCl_3 concentration nd quantities of MnO_2,etc,on the dlissolutionrates of sphalerite has been investigated.The esults indicate that the activationenergy of the dissolution reaction of sphaierite is 54.76 J/mol which is reaso-nable for a rate limiting diffusion of the reaction products of Fe^(2),Zn^(2+) andthe reaction agents of H^+(or its complex ions)through the reaction productcelemental sulphur)layer,and the concentrations of HCl and FeCl_3 in theirsolutions in ertain range affect the dissolution rates of sphalerite.
