摘要
在厌氧发酵过程中,选用不同的菌种产生不同的气体。不同组份不同含量的气体需选用不同的条件进行分析。通过实践,作者用HP4890D气相色谱仪和常用固定相摸索出包括O2、N2、CO2、H2和CH4的测试条件,取得了良好的效果。
In the process of anaerobic fermentation, different kinds of bacteria can metabolize out different gases. All these gases should be analysed in certain conditions. By experiment with HP4890D gas chromatograph and the common fixity, the writer fishes out the right methods of detecting the gases which could be composed by O_2N_2CO_2H_2CH_4 et.
