摘要
预测机械钻速研究的进展大体可以分为三个阶段:用现场数据直接统计出钻速方程;考虑所钻地层性质和钻头结构的钻速方程;用计算机仿真方法来预测机械钻速。对每个时期的机械钻速预测研究的情况作了详细介绍,并分析了其优缺点,指出用计算机仿真方法来预测机械钻速是可行的,也是今后机械钻速预测研究的重点方向。
The development about how to predict ROP can be divided into three stages generally: ROP prediction with statistical data; equation for ROP including the formation lithology and bit structures; ROP prediction with computer simulation. The developments of the 3 stages are introduced in detail, which infers the advantages and disadvantages of the research achievements. Finally, it is concluded that to predict ROP with computer simulation is a desirable method, and it is used in the drilling engineering and the bit design and will have a wide use in ROP prediction.
