摘要
介绍了地平式城市生活垃圾中转站的设计 ,并对其三种传统举升机构进行了比较 ,分析了它们的运动特性和受力情况 ,指出了其存在的问题。提出了一种垂直布置的链条传动式生活垃圾中转站举升机构 ,分析了它的结构组成、运动特性和受力情况 ,研究了垂直布置的链传动发生跳齿的原因 ,设计了一种防跳齿装置 。
The MSW transfer station was introduced. Three kinds of raising mechanisms of the MSW transfer station were compared, then its kinematic characteristic was analyzed, and its disadvantage were indicated. A new-style chain drive raising mechanism of MSW transfer station was presented, and the structure and the kinematic characteristics are analyzed.
