摘要
为改善20CrNiMoH齿轮钢的质量,减少钢中夹杂物含量,采用大样电解法提取钢中大型夹杂物,测定其含量,并分析其粒度及成因,对该钢种生产工艺提供改进依据.
To improve the quality of 20CrNiMoH gear steel and reduce the inclusions in the steel, electrolysis of steel samples is employed to determine the content, size distribution and composition of inclusions in the steel, there by the measures to improve the production of this type of steels are proposed.
