摘要
目的 观察自拟窦康汤治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法 1 80例慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 1 2 0例予自拟窦康汤治疗 ,对照组 60例予千柏鼻炎片治疗 ,2组均 1 5日为 1个疗程。结果 总有效率治疗组为 96.67% ,对照组为 68.3 3 % ,2组比较有显著性差异 ( P <0 .0 1 ) ;治疗组有效病例平均用药时间 ( 1 1 .47± 2 .83 )日 ,对照组为 ( 1 9.46± 5 .5 7)日 ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;2组治疗后鼻塞、流脓涕、嗅觉减退、头痛、鼻黏膜肿胀症状积分有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,治疗组症状改善情况明显优于对照组。结论 窦康汤治疗慢性鼻窦炎疗效确切。
Objective To observe the effect of the treatment of Chronic nasosinusitis by therapy with Dou Kangtang.Methods 180 cases with Chronic nasosinusitis were randomly divided into 2 groups. patients in treatment group (n=120) were given Dou Kangtang , patients in control group (n=60) were given Qianbai Biyan Tablets.Serve as one course of treatment in two teams equal fifteen days. Results The total effective rate in treatment group ( 96.67%) was markedly higher than that in control group (68.33%,P<0.01). Improvement of blocked nose,pus tears flow,hyposmia,headache and nose mucous membrane swelling in treatment group were superior to those in control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Dou Kangtang could effectively treat Chronic nasosinusitis.
