丹参对自发性高血压大鼠左室心肌病变及血液流变学的影响 被引量:37

摘要 目的 :研究长期应用丹参对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)心肌病变及血液流变学的影响 .方法 :采用WKY大鼠及SHR大鼠 ,部分SHR大鼠给予丹参注射液ig 1 2wk.测量收缩压 (SBP)、左心室质量指数 (LVMI)和血液流变学指标 ,左心室组织切片用HE和VanGieson染色 ,全自动图像分析系统进行分析 .结果 :与WKY大鼠相比较 ,SHR组的左心室质量指数、TDM ,CVF ,PVCA和血液流变学指标明显升高 ,而用丹参治疗后 ,除收缩压外 ,各指标下降均有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) .结论 :丹参能预防和逆转左心室肥厚及心肌纤维化 。 AIM: To investigate the effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bge(SMB) on myocardial pathological changes and hemorheology in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). METHODS: Study was performed on normal Witstar kyoto(WKY) rats and SHR. Part of SHR were treated with Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bge for 12 weeks. Systolic blood pressure (SBP) and the indexes of hemorheology were measured. Sections of heart tissue was stained with HE method and Vangieson method, Collagen volume fraction was determined in the left ventricle by automatically quantitative morphometry. RESULTS: Compared with WKY rats, SHR exhibited higher left ventricular mass index , SBP, TDM , left ventricular collagen volume fraction ( P <0.05),After treatment, all indexes diminished ( P <0.05)except SBP. CONCLUSION: Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bge can prevent and reverse LVH and myocardial fibrosis in SHR, the mechanism is probably related with normalize hemorheology.
