摘要
对 718塑料模具钢经过不同工艺热处理后的加工性能进行了研究 ,分析了影响其加工性能的主要因素。采用TEM和Thermo Calc软件对 718塑料模具钢组织中的碳化物类型及其在钢中的溶解过程进行了试验研究和模拟计算 ,指出正火后高温回火对小截面该钢模块具有一定的实用性。
The machinability of 718 plastic die steel after different heat treatment was studied and the main influence factors was discussed.The carbide type and its dissolution process in microstructure of 718 plastic die steel were analyzed by TEM analyses and performed modeling calculation with Thermo-Calc software.The results show that high temperature tempering after normalizing is practical to 718 die steel with small cross-section.
