摘要
本文比较了以^(32)P-后标记方法中的一般强化法和正丁醇强化法,检测低温收集的菜油油烟凝聚物与DNA反应所形成的加成物。实验结果显示了该凝聚物,在没有S_9活化系统的条件下,以正丁醇强化法能检测到与小牛胸腺DNA反应所形成的加成物,在薄板上呈现多个点。而未经加热的菜油以及溶剂对照中没有发现相应的点。表明在菜油油烟凝聚物中,存在着不少代谢活化的亲电子物。它能与DNA反应并形成加成物。
DNA adducts of cold trapped condensate from rapeseed oil were studied with ~(32)P-post labeling technique under adduct intensification conditions and butanol enrich-ment procedure. The experiment results presented that the condensate could react withcalf thymus DNA and form DNA adducts without S, activation system. They exhibited6 spots on plate. Unheated rapeseed oil and solvent control did not diaplay any spot.These results indicated that condensate from rapeseed oil contains some electrophiliccompounds which could directly react with DNA and form adducts.
