摘要 通过玉米砂培试验,用不同质量浓度的镉对玉米进行处理,对其生理特性进行了研究,以探讨其能否作为重金属镉生物有效性的指示植物,结果表明,镉对玉米的毒害受到时间和镉质量浓度双重因子的制约,从表现上看镉毒害症状很少,但镉对玉米的毒害随着在植株体内的积累逐步显现出来。苗期及营养生长前期镉对玉米的毒性临界点质量浓度为1.0 mg/L左右,严重毒害质量浓度为5.0 mg/L。同时还发现植株体内游离脯氨酸的质量分数的变化比其它生理指标明显,因此脯氨酸可以作为某些植物对重金属离子的同期抗逆性指标。由于玉米对镉胁迫的忍受能力比较强,作为土壤镉污染修复植物有一定的研究价值。 With the method of sand- cultural experiment, the physiological and ecological response of maize to cadmium pollution stress was investigated, then the feasibility of maize as the cadmium indicator was probed into. The results indicate that the toxicity of Cd on maize is restricted by both time and concentration of Cd. From the appearances of maize, the symptom of cadmium poison is little, while the cells would gradually be harmed with the great amount of Cd . The poison critical concentration point of Cd during seedling and nutrition growth period is about 1.0 mg/L and the severe toxicity concentration is about 5.0 mg/L. At the same time the indexes of dissociate proline is changed obviously, thus it may be regarded as the monitoring index of heavy metal pollution. For the resistance of maize against Cd is relatively strong, as the phytore mediation plant for soils polluted by heavy metal maize is worth studing.
