摘要
通过建立战略联盟 ,打破高校学报相对独立的办刊模式 ,实现编辑部之间多角度的合作 ,达到共同拥有市场、共同使用资源等战略目标 ,以提升高校学报的板块竞争力。
Through building strategic alliance, independent management model of journals published by universities can be broken. Then the multiform cooperation between the editorial departments may be realized. The departments can achieve strategic targets such as occupying markets and using common resources together, so as to promote the competition of university journals.
