摘要
应用ChemCAD5 0化工模拟系统中的CC BATCH间歇精馏模块对从杂醇油中提取混合戊醇的间歇精馏工艺过程进行了模拟计算,得到了间歇精馏塔的优化操作条件,为间歇精馏塔的设计和进一步工业化实验提供了依据。
The optimum operating conditions of the batch rectifying tower for separating the mixed amyl alcohol from the fusel oil were obtained by applying CC-BATCH, a batch rectifying model of the chemical engineering simulative system named ChemCAD5.0, to simulate and calculate the batch rectifying process. The simulating results can be provided for the design of the batch rectifying tower and the further industrialization experiment.
