拉伸作用对采用超临界CO_2发泡时气泡成核的影响 被引量:5

摘要 分析采用超临界CO_2流体挤出发泡成型时拉伸作用对聚合物分子自由体积的影响,以及由此引起的对气泡成核的影响。利用具有不同入口收敛角的锥型挤出口模进行了验证,结果显示,拉伸作用可增加气泡的成核数目,减小气泡的平均直径。 The influence of tension effect on the polymer's freedom volume and as a result of it on the bubble nucleation when extrusion and foaming molding with supercritical CO2 fluid as foaming agent are analyzed. The actual influence of tension effect on nucleation by using cone-shaped die with different entrance convergent angles is validated by experiment. The results show that the tension effect can increase the number of bubble and decrease the average diameter.
