Advances of brcast-conserving operation for breast cancer

摘要 保留乳房手术因减少手术创伤及其美容效果而倍受推崇 ,近年来保留乳房手术在认识和水平上得到了较大提高。笔者就保留乳房手术治疗乳腺癌的适应证、手术相关问题及局部复发研究的最新进展作一综述。
