摘要
运用文献资料调研、问卷调查、逻辑分析等方法对湖南省社会体育专业人才需求状况进行探讨与分析 ,发现湖南省高级社会体育专业人才的培养相当薄弱 ,社会体育人才呈现供不应求的态势 ,对此 。
By using the method of documentary,questionnaire and logical analysis,this paper discusses and analyzes the demanding for social sports students in Hunan province.The result shows that the cultivation of senior social sports students is weak,the supply of social sports students can not meet demanding.Based on it,some counermeasure and suggestions are put forwarded.
