摘要
目的 提高护生的临床护理观察能力。方法 在岗前培训中采取案例问题式教学 ,通过能力题考试进行学习效果评价。结果 培训后护生的临床观察能力、临床思维能力和临床处理能力题考试比较差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 0 1或P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 在护生岗前进行临床护理观察能力的培训是非常必要的 。
Objective To improve nursing students’ ability of clinical observing.Method The teaching method of problem-focused case discussion was used in the process of training before on duty, and the effectiveness was evaluated through examination of ability.Result According to the significant higher score in the examination,nursing students has been significantly improved in the abilities of clinical observing,clinical thinking and coping after training(P<0.001 or P<0.005).Conclusion It is quite necessary to train the nursing students for their ability of clinical observing before on duty,and the method of case discussion plays an active role in improving nursing students’ ability of clinical observing.
