摘要
结合产品试验了高铝锌基合金的离心铸造工艺。结果表明,适宜的离心浇注重力系数和工艺参数,可以减轻比重偏析和外表面缩陷,组织明显细化,致密性和力学性能有所提高,可成功地用于实际生产。
Abstract
The centrifugal casting process of high aluminum-zinc alloys was investigated through products. The results showed that gravity segregation and surface sink of products were reduced and the structure was refined by reasonable choice of gravity coefficient and processing parameters of centrifugal casting, thus increasing the compactness and mechanical properties of high Zn-Al alloys which was successfully applied to practice.
