摘要
详细分析了不同算法对铸件凝固数值模拟计算效率的影响。结果表明,采用直接差分法进行铸件凝固过程数值模拟时,每一时间步长所需计算时间的90%是用于传热方程系数计算的;采用改进的三种算法可以将每一时间步长上所需计算时间缩短为原来的76.2%、10.2%和15.4%。
Abstract
The effect of different algorithms in the direct difference method on the numerical simulation of casting solidification and computational efficiency was analyzed in detail. It is shown that 90% numerical calculation time needed for
each time step was calculated using the coefficients of heat transfer equations and this time is said to be decreased to 76.2%, 10.2%and 15.4% respectively,when employing three kinds of new algorithms.
