摘要 冷芯盒法砂芯的高温强度变化规律:随温度的升高,砂芯强度先是下降,到200℃以后强度又开始上升,到400℃以后强度一直下降。试样加热到200℃时,与常温的、400℃的试样相比,随着应变的增加,应力增加较慢,产生较小的变形后,试样就破坏。如果预先在180℃对砂芯进行烘烤,可提高砂芯的高温承载能力。 Abstract The variation low of high-temperature strength for cold-box sand cores has been investigated and the results revealed that the strength of the sand cores decrease with rising temperature up to 200癈, and then increase between 200癈 and 400癈, finally, decrease continuously to a temperature of more than 400癈. The stress of specimen heated up to 200癈, compared with that at room temperature and 400癈, increases much more slowly with increasing strain, the specimen will break down, after a less strain. The loading capacity of sand cores at high temperature can be improved by preheat-treatment at 180癈.
