目的 探讨CD1 0 5与CD34 在喉癌微血管中的表达及其临床意义。方法 分别应用CD1 0 5和CD34 单克隆抗体进行免疫组化SABC法检测 5 4例喉癌组织中瘤内微血管密度 (IMVD)。结果 CD1 0 5和CD34 抗体检测的喉癌组织中的IMVD分别为 8 85± 4 5 0和 2 4 80± 6 17,其差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。CD1 0 5标记的IMVD与喉癌的T分期和颈淋巴结转移密切相关 (P <0 0 1)。结论 CD1 0 5抗体对检测肿瘤微血管更具有特异性 ,CD1 0
Objective To explore the expression of CD 105 and CD 34 in microvessel and its clinical significance in laryngocarcinoma patients. Methods The intra tumor microvessel density (IMVD) in laryngocarcinoma tissue was assessed by respectively applying monoclonal antibodies of CD 105 and CD 34 with immunohistochemical method, streptavidin biotin peroxidase complex (SABC). Results The value of IMVD in laryngocarcinoma tissue, with the application of the tests of the expression of CD 105 antibody and CD 34 antibody, were 8 85±4 50 and 24 80±6 17 respectively, which had statistical significance (P<0 01). IMVD marked with CD 105 was significantly associated with T staging and neck lymph node metastasis (P<0 01). Conclusions CD 105 antibody is more specific in the test of microvessels in laryngocarcinoma tissue, and IMVD marked with CD 105 antibody may be an independent predictor for laryngocarcinoma prognosis.
