摘要
可持续发展的战略思想起源于环境保护,保护环境是实施可持续发展战略的核心,然而在实践中怎样才能有效地保护环境,真正地走可持续发展之路的确是一个值得深入探讨的问题。本文从实施ISO14000环境管理体系标准、走清洁文明生产之路以及增强公众参与机制三方面提出了实施环境保护,实现可持续发展战略的对策。
The paper suggests countermeasures to carry out environmental protect and realize the continuously developable strategy with three aspects,namely to implement the standard ISO14000 of environmental governing system,to follow the line of civilized production and improve the mechanism of public participation.
