摘要
本文通过对不育系中杂株来源的研究,发现产生杂株的直接原因是不育系自交结实的结果,不育系自交结实与黑染花粉有关,黑染花粉粒的出现又与环境和遗传互作有关。这一事实除揭露了不育系的育性表达受内外环境波动影响之外,不育基因还存在一定的遗传不稳定性。遗传分析的结果表明,A 型杂株的基因型是 S(r_1r_1r_2r_2);B 型杂株的基因型是 F(r_1r_1r_2r_2)、S(R_1r_1r_2r_2)或 S(r_1r_1R_2r_2);AB 型杂株的基因型是 S(R_1r_1r_2r_2)或 S(r_1r_1R_2r_2);青棵的基因型是S(R_1r_1R_2r_2).
The origin and genetics of abnormal plants appeared in MS lines of rice were studied.The results showed that the appearance of abnormal plants in MS lines was due to partialrestoration of self-fertility few florets caused by the interaction between environment andgenotypes.In other words,some MS lines are unstable in expression of male sterility,espe-cially when the micro-environment fluctuates in certain extent.It was found in the geneticanalysis of various abnormal plants that the genotype of type A abnormal plants isS(r_1 r_1 r_2 r_2);genotypes type B abnormal plants are F(r_1 r_1 r_2 r_2),S(R_1 r_1 r_2 r_2)orS(r_1 r_1 R_2 r_2);those of type AB abnormal plants are S(R_1 r_1 r_2 r_2)or S(r_1 r_1 R_2 r_2),and thelate-ripe plants with genotype S(R_1 r_1 R_2 r_2).
