摘要
目的 探讨高压氧 (HBO)对弥漫性轴索损伤 (DAI)患者促醒作用以及对预后的影响。方法 将 92例DAI患者 (GCS≤ 8分 )分成两组。治疗组 46例在常规治疗的基础上加用高压氧治疗 ,对照组 46例。两组于伤后 6个月按GCS预后评分评定预后 ,同时比较两组患者的意识好转率。结果 高压氧治疗组恢复良好率 ( 4 1 3 0 %)明显高于对照组 ( 19 5 7%) (P <0 0 5 )。治疗组清醒 3 6例 ,而对照组 2 4例 ,其清醒率显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。两组清醒时间比较 ,高压氧治疗组为 ( 16 96± 9 5 5 )d ,对照组为( 2 8 70± 11 2 9)d ,(P <0 0 0 1)。
Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on promoting revival and prognosis in the patients with diffuse axonal injury. Methods 92 cases of the patients with diffuse axonal injury(GCS≤8分)were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group (n=46) were treated with hyperbaric oxygenation except the routine treatment. The control group (n=46) only received the routine treatment. The clinical prognosis of the patients was evaluated six month after injuries according to GCS scores, and the consciousness improving rate was compared between the two groups. Results The rate of good recovery was 41 30% in the treatment group, which was significantly higher than 19 57% in the control group (P<0 05). The consciousness of 36 cases in the treatment group was significantly improved, but only 24 cases in control group(P<0 05). The revival time (16 96±9 55)d in treatment group was significantly shorter than that (28 70±11 29)d in control group (P<0 001). Conclusion The hyperbaric oxygen treatment can promote revival of coma and improve life quality in the patients with diffuse axonal injury.
