摘要
在高校学生中,由于相对集中的校园时空、自我意识的不断增强和社会情感的高度发展,存在着众多的非正式群体。它们大致分为兴趣型、情感型和利益型,有积极、消极两种。因此,要针对特点、寓教于乐;有的放矢、消除障碍;合理利用、加强自治;积极改造、规范行为,充分发挥非正式群体的作用,使学生工作更有成效。
Among the students in colleges and universities, a great many student organizations have been existing because of the relatively intensifying campus atmosphere, gradually strengthening self-consciousness and highly developing social emotion. They can be classified into three types:interest-oriented, emotion-oriented and benefit-oriented with both positive and negative effects. As a result, we should take advantage of their characteristics, combine education with recreation, have an object in view, break through obstacles, utilize resources reasonably and enhance self-management. Besides, we should continue with efforts reforming and standardizing their behaviors,bringing the advantages of the informal student organizations into full play to make the work on students admistration more effective.
