摘要
基于头孢氨苄所含伯氨基在酸性条件下可与茚三酮发生显色反应,从而建立流动注射分光光度法测定头孢氨苄的新方法。探讨了最佳的显色条件,工作波长为490nm,线性范围为40-125μg/mL,回归方程为A=0.0023C+0.0175,相关系数r=0.9986。
Cephalexin is a containing α- amino group substance, which can react with ninhydrin in acid solution. A new method for determination of cephalexin based on the color reaction between cephalexin and ninhydrin has been developed. The optimum condition of the coloration has been investigated. The measurement wavelength is 490nm. The linear range of determination is 40-125μg/mL;The linear regression equation is A=0.002 3C+0.017 5 and r=0.998 6.-
