摘要
本文通过对加入GD-H131型缓蚀剂的A酸的使用效果与未加入缓蚀剂的B酸进行了比较。实验发现,加入缓蚀剂后可多洗5.88%的钢管,酸洗每吨钢管可节铁1.3公斤,具有酸洗速度快,钢管表面细密、平整,有利于环保,以及酸液清洁度高等优点。
The topic bases on a comparison between the test with A acid of adding the GD-H131 inhibitor and B acid. It is foundthat A acid can pickle more 5.88% steel tube than B, and it can save 1.3 kilogram iron per ton of pickled steel. It has advantages picklingvelocity fast,fine and smooth surface,and moreover it is environment friendly and sanitary。
