摘要
研究分析了热压纯MoSi2及加入10%SiO2的MoSi2复合材料的相组成、晶粒尺寸、致密度、室温力学性能及室温电阻率.结果表明:热压纯MoSi2及10%SiO2/MoSi2复合材料均主要由MoSi2、SiO2和少量的四方的Mo5Si3组成,复合材料的致密度低于纯MoSi2,复合材料的晶粒尺寸略小于纯MoSi2,两种材料的室温抗弯强度无明显的差别,复合材料的电阻率比纯MoSi2有较大的提高.
The phase components, grain size, densification, room temperature mechanical properties and resistivities of the composites of hot pressed pure MoSi_2 and 10%SiO_2-MoSi_2 are investigated. The results indicate that the composites of hot pressed pure MoSi_2 and 10%SiO_2-MoSi_2 are mainly made up of MoSi_2,SiO_2 and some tetragonal Mo_5Si_3.The densification,grain size of 10%SiO_2 -MoSi_2 are lower than the pure MoSi_2 ,there is no obvious difference in bending strength of both materials at room temperature. Comparing to the pure MoSi_2 ,the resistivity of 10%SiO_2-MoSi_2 composite increases a lot.
