摘要 目的 探索中草药芹菜 (QC)对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 应用兔离体心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型 ,在Thomas液中加入芹菜水提物 10 0mg/kg。检测冠脉流量、冠脉流出液中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) ,乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)的活性及心肌组织中脂质过氧化产物丙二醛 (MDA)含量。结果 QC能有效地增加冠脉流量 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;能使MDA含量明显减少 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;使SOD、LIm的活性降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 在心肌缺血再灌注过程中 。 Objective: To study the protective effect of celery water extraction of ischemic/reperfusing myocardium. Methods:The experimental ischemic/reperfusing myocardium model of rabbit isolated hearts was used. 100 mg/kg celery water extract was given in Thomas fluid. The coronary flow, SOD, activity of LDH and MDA in myocardial tissue were measured. Results: Celery could greatly enhance coronary flow ( P <0.05), largely reduce the amount of MDA( P <0.05), decrease the activity of SOD and LDH ( P <0.05). Conclusion:During the course of ischemia and reperfusion, celery could largely reduce the amount of MDA and significantly decrease the activity of SOD and LDH. It might be an important mechanism of attenuating myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury.
