摘要
基于传统法制备综纤维素操作复杂、溶剂消耗量大、耗时长等缺点 ,实验采用微波辅助的方法制备木材综纤维素。结果表明 ,微波辅助法在阔叶材水曲柳 (Fraxinusmandshurica)和针叶材落叶松 (Larixgmelini)的木素脱除方面表现出快速、高效 ,且对于水曲柳的效果好于落叶松。通过对制得木材纤维素中木素含量的测定、α -纤维素含量的测定以及傅立叶红外光谱 (FTIR)分析初步证明了微波作用对木材综纤维素的结构没有大的影响。
Traditional wood holocellouse preparation is a complex processing, in which a lot of solvents and a long period of time are consumed. So wood holocellouse was prepared with microwave auxiliary in this paper. The results show that the lignin riddance processing with microwave auxiliary was very quick and efficient, and the effect on the hardwood Fraxinus mandshurica samples is better than that on the softwood Larix gmelini. Through the analysis of lignin content, α-cellulose content and FTIR of wood holocellouse, it proves that microwave has little effect on the structure of wood holocellouse.
