摘要
主权问题是国际问题研究的重要组成部分。近年来 ,国内学界加强了主权问题的研究。本文首先概要性地描述了国内在主权问题研究上取得的进展 ,然后重点梳理了国内学界在主权问题研究中主要关注的议题和相关争论。笔者认为 ,国内主权问题研究中的缺失在于过于关注主权问题的二元对立 ,以及“挑战与应战”的论证模式。
Sovereignty is an important topic of international studies. Scholars have strengthened their research in this issue area in recent years. Firstly, this paper describes researchers' achievements generally. Secondly, it makes a concrete analysis of the chief concerns of researchers and their related arguments. In the end, the author points out the defects in researchers' work, that is, too much dichotomy and emphasis on challenge Vs response mode.
