通过数值求解湿烟气守恒方程组的方法,研究在不同环境和排放条件下脱硫湿烟气的抬升和凝结问题,发现当环境接近于饱和状态时,饱和湿烟气因水汽的凝结会使烟羽抬升比加热到100℃的干烟气还高。在通常情况下,湿烟气的凝结水主要产生在烟囱下风向100~300m以内,最大凝结水量发生于烟囱下风向的数米范围内,为1~10g/kg。环境温度升高时,凝结水量减少;烟气温度升高时,凝结水量增多。白烟长度从数十米至数百米,有时甚至达到1~2km,它取决于环境条件和排放条件。白烟长度对环境湿度的变化和烟气温度的变化比较敏感,环境湿度增大时,白烟长度增长;烟气排放温度升高时,白烟长度增长。此外,白烟长度还随环境风速的增大而增长,随环境温度的升高而缩短。
The rise and condensation of a moist plume are investigated by numerically solving its conservation equations.It is found that the rise height of a saturated moist plume is even higher than that of a dry plume with reheated to 100℃when the ambient air is nearly saturated. The water is usually condensed within 100 to 300m downwind of the stack, themaximum condensed water is produced at a few meters behind the stack and the water content is 1 to 10 g/kg depending onthe ambient conditions and discharge conditions. When the ambient temperature is rising, the condensed water content willbe decreasing. When the discharge temperature of the flue gas is increasing, the condensed water content is increasing. Thelength of white plume is from a few tens of meters to hundreds of meters and is very sensitive to the variation of the ambienthumidity and discharged plume temperature. When the ambient humidity increases, the length of white plume increases,and when the plume temperature increases, the length of white plume increases. It is increasing with wind velocity increas-ing and decreasing with ambient temperature increasing also.
