摘要
介绍华北500kV电网22条输电线路开展直升机巡线作业的方法、特点、意义及其成效。论述采用直升机航巡作业的流程管理及作业方式,利用机载陀螺稳定红外成像测试设备与直升机在线路附近的悬停飞行结合寻找线路上局部发热类型的缺陷;利用机载可见光数码技术发现线路上可视缺陷;利用GPS技术及语音录制系统对各杆塔的缺陷位置进行记录。在1年多的直升机航巡作业实践中,经历华北地区沙尘暴、雨、雪、雾等各种复杂气象条件下对山区、丘陵、湖泊、平地等线路的航巡作业情况,并发现了线路上大小缺陷及可疑点,对华北电网安全稳定运行起到有力的技术支持作用。
This paper introduces the method, features, significances and benefits of patrol inspection of EHV electric power transmission line with helicopter on 500 kV 22 transmission lines in North China Power Network. The job flowchart management and job mode of patrol inspection with helicopter, and using infrared image instrumentation of airborne gyro stabilization, combined with hovering flight of heli- copter nearby the line to find the defects of partial overheat on the line are lucubrated. Using airborne and visible radiation digit technology to find the visible defects on the line, and adopting GPS technology and voiced sound record system to record each position of defect tower are also described. During more than one year of job practice of patrol inspection with helicopter, it went through the different cases of patrol inspection with helicopter in mountain area, hills, lake and level ground under sand storm, rain, snow and fog, the different kinds of complicated weather conditions in North China region, and it also finds out the defects and suspicious points, which have effectively supported safety and stability operation in North China Power Network.
