摘要
本文探讨了16例胎龄为16～25周的胎体,在心音消失缺血后,随机分为室温(15±6℃),0～4℃冰箱和37℃恒温三组存放,并继续缺血1.3、6、10小时.观察胎脑皮质,尾状核、黑质、小脑及肾上腺髓质缺血后的细胞存活率,并与缺血前比较。
It has been discussed in this paper the cellular strvival rate of fetal cortex, caudal nucleus, nigra, cerepellum and adrenal medulla of 16 fetuses at their fetal ages of 16-25 weeks seperately.All the fetases are stored randomly: (1) at room temperature (15±6℃) j (2) in refrigerator (0-4℃); (3) at constant temperature (37℃) after their heart sounds disappered to test their ischemia bearing capacities for 1, 3, 6, 10 hours. The results odtained are compared with the survival rate of those subjects before ischemia.
