摘要 隔水管底部球接头是深水钻井的关键部件 ,其工作状态及力学行为对安全作业显得格外重要。建立了深水钻井时海洋环境载荷作用下 ,隔水管及底部球接头静态分析的三维有限元力学模型 ,引入了非线性力学理论 ,计算结果更符合实际。计算分析表明 ,隔水管底部球铰处的转角是制约深水作业的重要参数 ,船体的漂移是影响它的最重要的因素 ;其次是隔水管顶部张力 ,随着顶部张力的增大 ,底部球铰的转角减小 ;随着海流速度的增大 ,底部球铰的转角增大 ;海浪的影响不明显。实际钻井过程中 ,当海流速度较大时 ,可通过增加顶部张力或加浮力块的方式来改善底部球接头的工作状况。 The bottom ball joint is the key part of deep water riser,and its working state and mechanics behavior are very important to security exercises. In this article, a 3-D static FEA mechanical model for deep water riser and bottom ball joint under the actions of ocean environment load is established. The nonlinear theory is used in the mechanical model, so the calculation results is much closer to the actual conditions. The corner of the bottom ball is one of the important parameters restricting the deep water exercise, while the boat drift is the most important factor influencing the corner. The top tension of the riser is the secondary factor influencing the corner. And the corner of the bottom ball decreases with the increase of the riser top tension, and increases with the increase of the rate of ocean current. However the ocean wave has little influence on the corner of the bottom ball. When the ocean current rate is high, the working condition of the bottom ball joint can be improved by increasing the top tension or adding buoyancy blocks.
