摘要
目的 :探讨骨 -骨膜复合组织与软骨下钻孔治疗关节软骨缺损的修复过程。方法 :采用胫骨 -骨膜复合组织植入兔膝关节软骨缺损区与缺损区软骨下钻空 ,观察软骨缺损的修复过程 ,并进行大体观察与组织学观察。结果 :两种修复治疗方法均完全填充关节软骨缺损区 ,修复组织与周围正常关节软骨连接良好 ,并形成类透明关节软骨。结论 :游离骨 -骨膜复合组织和软骨下钻孔治疗关节软骨缺损 ,骨膜组织和红骨髓均能够再生为类透明软骨 ,并可充填关节软骨的缺损区 。
Objective: To study the process of repairing cartilage defects with bone- periosteum transplant and drilling under cartilage. Method: Tibia bone- periosteum transplanted into the rabbits' knee joint defects and drilled under the defects fields, study the process of repairing cartilage defects with morphology and texture. Result: Two methods can all fill up the defects fields, repaired tissue changed into hyaline cartilage and connected well with normal cartilage. Conclusion: Bone-periosteum compound tissues and drilling under cartilage can fill and repair articular cartilage defects, Bone-periosteum and red bone marrow can regenerate into hyaline cartilage.
