摘要
史家一直认为汉初丞相位尊权重,有很强的独立性,然而通过《二年律令》,我们可以看出西汉初相权并不完全独立,御史大夫比丞相承担更多的日常政务,对丞相进行监督与牵制,这是封建官制不断加强皇权的必然。
It has been said that the prime minister in early Western Han Dynasty were respectable, powerful, and independent. By the laws of the Second Year of Empress Lu, we can see that it is not really so. The Yushidafu in early Western Han Dynasty takes more routine duties than the prime minister, and at the same time supervises and checks the prime minister. It is an inevitable outcome for the system of enfeoffment to strengthen the imperial power constantly.
