摘要
采用软接触电磁连铸技术和普通连铸技术铸造了Al 4 5%Si合金,用光学显微镜分析了显微组织。结果表明:软接触连铸的内部组织细小、均匀;由于感应热的作用,频率选择不宜过高,本试验条件下1kHz为佳。
The electromagnetic casting (EMC) with soft-contact mould method was used to cast Al-4.5%Si alloy with aim to study the effect of electromagnetic field on the ingots, microstructure experimentally. Direct chill continuous casting method (DCC) was also used and investigated for comparison with the EMC with soft-contact mould method. The results show that the grain size obtained by the method of EMC with soft-contact mould is fine and uniform. Because of the influence of induced heat, the chosen excessive frequency is not suitable. Under the condition of the practice, 1kHz is the optimal technical parameter of frequency.
