摘要
电火花摇动加工具有诸多优点 ,但是电极的平面摇动会使加工结果出现一定的几何误差。以典型几何形状的摇动加工为例 ,分析了电极的平面摇动对加工结果的影响 ,并针对不同的情况给出了相应的改进措施。
Sway EDM have many advantage, but the electrode's sway in planar could lead the geometry tolerance. In the typical geometry's manufacturing by EDM sway manufacturing, The influence which the electrode's sway could make in manufacturing result is analyzed. For every case, the reasonable solution is given.
