摘要
通过试验找出了FQ型发动机启动器弹簧片最佳热处理工艺。试验表明弹簧片的淬火加热温度应定为840~850℃,经415℃±10℃中温回火后可获得回火屈氏体组织,达到较高的弹性极限、疲劳强度,得到满意的使用效果。
This paper introduces the test of optimum heat treatment process scheme of starting spring of the FQ type engine. The test indicates that quenching temperature of the spring would be 840℃-850℃,and after 415±10℃ tempering the tempering-Troostite structure would be obtained. The higher elastic limit,the higher fatigue limit would be reached,and satisfactory result would be obtained.
