摘要
目的 比较不同的基底合金铸造全冠在采用不同包埋方法时铸造收缩的差异。方法 使用环氧 树脂车制的模具压制相同内径,高度分别为4mm,6mm,8mm的全冠蜡型各72个,分别采用有圈和无圈包埋,使 用3种品牌的基底合金进行铸造,比较铸件的内径收缩值。结果 基底合金的种类、包埋方法对铸造收缩具有 显著影响(P<0.01),不同冠高度对铸造收缩的影响无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 不同成分的基底合金其铸造收 缩不同,铸圈的使用与否影响基底合金的铸造收缩。
Objective To compare the influence of different investment methods and the height of the crown on the cast shrinkage of full crowns made of three types dental base alloys. Method All the 216 wax patterns were made with the epoxy resin mold and divided into three groups according to the height of the crown. Every group wax pattern was invested with metal rings and paper rings and cast with three types of base alloys. Then the inside diameters of castings were measured and analyzed by statistical package SPSS. Results Differences between groups cast with the three types of alloy were significant (P<0.01 ).There were significant differences between the groups invest with metal rings and paper rings (P<0.01). Conclusion The dental alloy component, the wax patterns invested with rings or ringless can affect the cast shrinkage.
