摘要
L—肉碱是人体所需的食品营养强化剂 ,由于其安全性、稳定性好已得到广泛的应用。本文对L—肉碱的生理作用及其应用现状作了概述 ,并对L—肉碱的应用前景作了展望。
L-carnitine is the necessary food nutrition enhancer. It had been applicated in large because it's good security and stability. This article described L-carnitine's physiological functions and perspectives in food industry are discussed.
