摘要
目的 :观察桂枝汤有效部位A对酵母致热大鼠下丘脑组织蛋白质组的影响。方法 :采用双向凝胶电泳技术和计算机辅助的图像分析方法 ,对蛋白质进行分离 ,以模型组作为参考胶进行匹配。结果 :口服给予桂枝汤有效部位A后对发热大鼠有解热作用 ;双向电泳图像分析显示桂枝汤有效部位A与模型组匹配率为 85 % ,多个蛋白质点表达量有不同程度的改变。结论 :差异表达的蛋白质点可能与桂枝汤有效部位A解热作用有关。
Objective:To observe the differential expressed protein spots in hypothalamus in yeast-induced febrile rats and the febrile rats treated with Fr.A,an active fraction extracted from Guizhi Tang.Methods:Using two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(2-DE) and computer-assisted image analysis to separate and find the spots of interests.The febrile group gel was designated as reference gel.Results:The matching rate of the Fr.A treated group is 85% a few protein spots were changed more than 30 folds.Conclusion:The spots of interests may be identified as the proteins that associate with the febrile process,and/or the potential targets affected by Fr.A.They will be further analysised.
