摘要
民间金融活动是一种复杂的经济金融甚至社会现象 ,在我国具有广泛的生存条件和发展空间 ,它既是一种提供资金融通服务的经济制度 ,又具有促进社会进步的社会制度特征 ,寻求民间金融构建的制度安排 ,在政策上对民间金融给予相应的灵活性对金融体系健全乃至整个国民经济发展具有极其重要的意义。
The folk financial activity is one kind of complex economical finance,and even a social pheˉnomenon;it has widespread survival conditions and space in our country,it is not only one kind of economic system to provide service of capital flow,but also has characteristics of social system which promotes social proˉgresses.So to seek systematic arrangement for the folk finance construction and give corresponding flexibility in the policy to the folk finance are extremely vital in perfecting the financial systemand even in the development of entire national economy.
