摘要
采用正交试验 ,研究赤铁矿配加磁铁矿制备氧化球团的影响因素。试验结果表明 :赤铁矿添加 30 %磁铁矿后 ,球团矿适宜预热温度由 980℃降低到 880℃ ,焙烧温度由 1330℃降低到 12 80℃ ,且成品球团抗压强度明显提高。模拟扩大试验研究表明 :当预热温度为 90 0℃、预热时间 10 m in、焙烧温度为 12 80~ 130 0℃、焙烧时间2 0 m in时 ,磁铁矿配比从 0提高到 30 % ,预热球团抗压强度从 377N/个提高到 96 6 N/个 ,成品球团抗压强度从2 5 0 9N/个提高到 30 4 5 N/个 ,氧化球团矿的冶金性能也得到改善 。
The factors influencing on the properties of hematite based oxidized pellets with addition of magnetite were studied by orthogonal experiment The results showed that the appropriate preheating temperature of the pellets is reduced from 980 ℃ to 880 ℃ ,the appropriate roasting temperature from 1330 ℃ to 1280 ℃, and compression strength is obviously improved when of 30 % magnetite is added The scale up experiments of grate kiln route were conducted When the pellets added with 30 % magnetite were preheated to 900 ℃ for 10 minutes and then roasted within the range from 1280 ℃ to 1300 ℃ for 20 minutes , the compression strength of preheated pellets and roasted pellets was increased from 377 N/P to 966 N/P and from 2509 N/P to 3045 N/P respectively The hematite based oxidized pellets with some magnetite possess high compression strength and metallurgical properties, and can be used as high quality charge for blast furnace
